Summary

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce's client in Palm Beach Gardens, FL is seeking a Senior Change Management Consultant to support enterprise-wide AI transformation initiatives. This role will be responsible for designing and executing change management strategies that drive stakeholder engagement, business readiness, adoption, and organizational alignment across critical transformation programs. The ideal candidate brings deep experience leading change for large-scale technology and digital transformation efforts and can effectively bridge business and technical teams to ensure successful adoption of new capabilities, processes, and ways of working.

Responsibilities:
* Lead organizational change management efforts for enterprise AI and digital transformation initiatives
* Develop and execute change management, communication, stakeholder engagement, and adoption strategies
* Partner with technical teams, business leaders, workstream owners, and subject matter experts to understand project impacts and readiness requirements
* Assess organizational impacts and develop plans to address stakeholder readiness and adoption challenges
* Create executive, leadership, and end-user communications tailored to diverse audiences
* Facilitate workshops, stakeholder meetings, readiness assessments, and change planning sessions
* Identify, manage, and mitigate change-related risks and resistance
* Support training, engagement, and adoption initiatives to maximize business outcomes
* Establish and track change management success metrics and adoption KPIs
* Ensure alignment between transformation objectives, operational processes, and business priorities

REQUIREMENTS:
* 11-15 years of experience in Change Management, Organizational Effectiveness, Communications, Program Management, or Digital Transformation
* Proven experience leading change management initiatives for large-scale enterprise transformation programs
* Strong experience developing executive communications and stakeholder engagement strategies
* Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate across business and technology organizations
* Experience managing multiple workstreams and cross-functional stakeholders
* Excellent facilitation, presentation, and communication skills
* Strong project management and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications:
* Prosci Certification or other recognized change management certification
* Experience supporting AI, analytics, automation, or digital transformation initiatives
* Experience with operational transformation, business process improvement, and organizational design
* Background in process design, governance, controls, or continuous improvement
* Experience working within large, complex enterprise organizations

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
