* Partner with Marketing teams to design and deliver tailored communications for partners, sellers, and internal teams affected by program consolidation
* Partner with Engagement teams to build feedback loops to surface partner and stakeholder concerns early and route them to the right owners

* Track and report on migration health, adoption, and risk status to leadership
* Establish repeatable playbooks, templates, and governance processes to standardize future program migrations
* Partner with data and analytics teams to build dashboards tracking migration progress and program health

REQUIREMENTS:
* 6+ years of experience in change management, program/project management, or GTM operations, ideally supporting large-scale organizational or system transitions
* Proven experience leading complex, multistakeholder program consolidations or migrations, ideally within partner, channel, or ecosystem programs
* Exceptional executive presence and communication skills, with demonstrated success facilitating and driving senior leadership forums (SteerCo, business reviews, decision forums)
* Deep stakeholder management skills across GTM, product, legal, finance, and partner facing teams
* Strong ability to synthesize ambiguous, cross-functional information into clear, structured recommendations for executive audiences
* Change management certification (e.g., Prosci ADKAR) preferred
* Bonus: experience with partner/channel programs, PRM systems, or B2B SaaS platform ecosystems
