We are seeking an energetic, technology-aware, and AI-forward Account Manager at the Vice President (VP) level to lead strategic growth, executive stakeholder engagement, and account governance for our enterprise banking accounts in Canada.

Key Responsibilities

• Account Management & Expansion: Own day-to-day account governance, contract renewals, revenue growth, and organic expansion across Tier-1 Canadian banking accounts.
• Technology & AI Engagement: Act as a technology-aware ambassador—engaging senior client leaders and CIOs on enterprise software transformation, composable architectures, microservices, and AI/GenAI capabilities.
• Executive Relationship Building: Map to and nurture high-trust relationships with executive business leaders, domain heads, and senior banking stakeholders.
• Strategic Solution Alignment: Translate the bank's digital transformation agenda into tailored consulting, platform, and technology solution roadmaps.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner closely with regional leadership, delivery heads, solutions architects, and pre-sales teams to ensure seamless service execution and high client satisfaction.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field; MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification preferred.
• Seniority & Experience: 12 to 15 years of progressive experience in Account Management, Enterprise Sales, or Client Leadership within IT Services, Management Consulting, or FinTech software organizations.
• BFSI Industry Expertise: Proven track record of managing strategic accounts or selling technology solutions to Tier-1 / Tier-2 banks or major financial institutions.
• Technology & AI Fluency: Technology-literate and AI-forward mindset—capable of leading high-level solutioning and technology conversations with executive client stakeholders (deep hands-on coding not required).
• Executive Level: Demonstrated track record of operating effectively at the Vice President (VP) level in strategic client environments.
• Communication & Engagement: Exceptional consultative selling, negotiation, and executive presentation skills.

• Payments: Experience in the payments sector is highly desirable.
• Transaction Banking: Familiarity with transaction banking and its integration with broader financial services is advantageous.
• Banking: Strong understanding of the banking landscape and its evolving technological demands.
