Vice President, Program Delivery

Job Title: Vice President, Program Delivery
Location: DC / Maryland / Virginia (Hybrid: 1 day onsite every week) 
Duration: Fulltime/Permanent

Note:
Must be willing to come on-site once a week for corporate meetings (College Park, MD or Tysons, VA), and to meet with customers and teams as needed.
Travel expectation, up to 25% travel to customer sites.

Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in a technical, business, or related field.
• 15+ years of progressive experience in technology, federal contracting, program delivery, or operations, including significant leadership responsibility.
• Demonstrated career progression from a technical discipline into program/portfolio leadership and executive delivery responsibility.
• Experience managing multiple programs/contracts simultaneously with accountability for delivery, financial performance, staffing, and risk.
• Experience leading other senior delivery leaders (Directors, Program Managers, or business-unit leaders).
• Strong understanding of federal contracting environments and customer expectations.
• Demonstrated ownership of program/portfolio financial performance (revenue, margin, forecasting, utilization).
• Track record of building senior-level federal customer relationships.
• Experience supporting growth, capture, proposals, and/or oral presentations.
