Payrate: $40.00 - $42.00/hr.

Summary:
Support deliverable execution for New Product Introduction and Continuous Product Improvement processes for our Technologies offerings. This role will provide support and service engineering services which include product validation, investigating, troubleshooting, diagnosing application and technical problems, with an emphasis in project management, internal and external relations.

Responsibilities

Create documentation and validate form, fit, and function of newly developed products in New Product Introduction (NPI) projects.
Evaluate defects in production products for Continuous Product Improvement (CPI).
Provide advanced support for internal and external customers, including triaging escalations to restore customer production systems.

Qualifications

3-4 years of experience in NPI and CPI processes.
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Mining Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering. An Associate’s degree with more years of relevant experience is acceptable. A Master’s degree may be considered overqualified.
Local candidates only – within a 50-mile radius.

Skills

Customer focus, problem solving, technical excellence.
Project management experience.
Experience supporting technology in an industrial or production environment.
Experience with Azure, Linux, SQL Server, and TCP/IP networking.
Familiarity with schematics.
Product support experience, with field and mining experience as a plus.
Effective communication skills, problem-solving abilities, relationship management, service excellence, and consulting knowledge.

Pay Transparency: The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $40.00 - $42.00 /hour. Non-exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages. Packages may include medical, dental, and vision benefits, health savings accounts with qualified medical plan enrollment, 10 paid days off, 3 days paid bereavement leave, 401(k) plan participation with employer match, life and disability insurance, commuter benefits, dependent care flexible spending account, accident insurance, critical illness insurance, hospital indemnity insurance, accommodations and reimbursement for work travel, and discretionary performance or recognition bonus. Sick leave and mobile phone reimbursement provided based on state or local law.
