Job Title: Salesforce Scrum Master with Healthcloud

7+ years of Salesforce platform delivery experience, including:
- Health Cloud
- Service Cloud
- Experience Cloud projects
Proven Scrum Master experienceleading:
- Sprint Planning
- Daily Standups
- Sprint Reviews
- Retrospectives
- Backlog Refinement
- Blocker Removal
Experience in fast-paced implementation projects, not just Operations & Maintenance (O&M).
Ability to remove blockers and keep delivery teams focused on sprint goals.
Experience working with:
- Product Owners
- Business Analysts
- Developers
- Salesforce Admins
- QA Teams
- Stakeholders
Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks:
- Scrum (Mandatory)
- SAFe (Preferred)
Understanding of Salesforce:
- Release Cycles
- Configuration
- Customization
- Integrations
- Deployment Processes
Strong communication and facilitation skills across technical and non-technical audiences.
Ability to track:
- Sprint Metrics
- Velocity
- Risks
- Dependencies
- Delivery Progress
Experience with tools:
- Jira
- Confluence
- Zephyr
- Salesforce DevOps Tools
Scrum Master certification preferred:
- CSM
- PSM
- SAFe Scrum Master
