Summary
Job Title : Salesforce Techno-Functional Project Manager - Field Service & Supply Chain
Hire type: Contract
Location: Remote (Travel if required).
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Technical Functional Project Manager with deep expertise in Field Service Operations and Supply Chain organizations. The candidate will lead end-to-end Salesforce transformation programs, manage cross-functional teams, drive stakeholder engagement, and ensure successful delivery of scalable Salesforce solutions across Service Cloud, Field Service (FSL), Supply Chain, Inventory, Logistics, and Customer Operations domains.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Salesforce programs from initiation through deployment and hyper care.
- Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams.
- Drive requirements discovery workshops and solution design discussions.
- Oversee Salesforce Service Cloud, Field Service Lightning (FSL), integrations, and mobile solutions.
- Collaborate with Supply Chain, Logistics, Inventory, Warehouse, Procurement, and Service Operations teams.
- Manage Agile delivery, sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and release governance.
- Ensure solution quality through testing, UAT, deployment planning, and change management.
- Monitor program KPIs, benefits realization, and adoption metrics.
- Lead vendor management and coordinate offshore/onshore delivery teams.
Required Experience
- 10+ years of IT delivery experience with 5+ years managing Salesforce programs.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce Service Cloud and Salesforce Field Service (FSL).
- Experience supporting Field Service, Dispatch, Workforce Management, Inventory, Asset Management, and Supply Chain operations.
- Hands-on understanding of Salesforce architecture, integrations, APIs, middleware, and data migration concepts.
- Experience working with ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar systems.
- Proven track record managing large-scale enterprise transformation initiatives.
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
