Education Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent required
Experience Requirements
- 1-3 years of manufacturing, machine operation, or process technician experience preferred
- Mechanical troubleshooting and equipment maintenance experience preferred
- Experience with industrial production processes is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Job Duties
- Set up, operate, monitor, and adjust manufacturing equipment
- Load and move materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, hoists, and other equipment
- Perform preventive maintenance, inspections, and basic repairs
- Monitor production processes and quality standards
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and make process adjustments as needed
- Use measuring tools and gauges to verify product quality
- Document production data, equipment settings, and maintenance activities
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Follow all safety procedures, work instructions, and quality requirements
Physical Capabilities
- Ability to stand for extended periods throughout the shift
- Routinely lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to work in a manufacturing environment
- Must be able to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE)

What You'll Do:
You'll operate and maintain manufacturing equipment, support production processes, perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting, monitor quality standards, and help ensure safe and efficient operations throughout the facility during the overnight shift.
