NOW HIRING: Process Technician
Location: Westbury, NY
Pay Rate: $26.00 - $32.00/hour
Schedule: 3rd Shift | 10:00 PM - 6:30 AM

Qualifcations
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 1-3 years of manufacturing, machine operation, or process technician experience preferred.
- Experience with thermal spray, plasma, HVOF, or similar industrial processes is a plus.
- Mechanical troubleshooting and preventive maintenance experience preferred.
- Ability to use measuring tools, gauges, and quality inspection equipment.
Job Duties
- Set up, operate, monitor, and adjust manufacturing equipment.
- Perform equipment inspections, preventive maintenance, and basic repairs.
- Monitor process parameters and production quality throughout manufacturing runs.
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and implement corrective actions.
- Handle raw materials and finished products using approved material-handling equipment.
- Complete production, maintenance, and quality documentation.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
Physical Capabilities
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- Frequently lift up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to wear required personal protective equipment, including respirators.
