Our client is a global, multi-billion dollar investment firm known for world-class talent, cutting-edge technology, and a track record of exceptional results for leading investors worldwide over the past 30+ years. With offices in Chicago, New York City, Miami, London, and Hong Kong and 2,000+ employees globally, they're looking for a Senior Executive Support & AV Technician to own conference room technology and collaboration tools along with white-glove end user support across the firm.
This is a hands-on, high-visibility role for someone who takes pride in a meeting room that "just works" - every camera framed right, every call connecting on time, every touch panel responsive - while also being the go-to person when a senior exec's laptop, printer, or connection needs fixing fast. You'll operate independently and as part of a broader global team, with real ownership over AV standards across offices.
This is an onsite role 5 days per week in Midtown Manhattan, reflecting the fast-paced, high-touch nature of the environment. Free catered breakfast, lunch & snacks!!

What You'll Own:
- Conference room AV setup, daily readiness, and break/fix support across all meeting spaces
- Troubleshooting Zoom, and Logitech conferencing hardware - cameras, codecs, mics, and touch panels
- Leading AV installs and special projects, including new room builds, upgrades, and equipment refreshes
- Live, white-glove AV support for high-profile global meetings - zero disruption is the standard, especially for senior leadership and cross-office calls
- Managing and troubleshooting Sedna (or similar) for meeting room scheduling and AV coordination
- Partnering with global IT and facilities teams to keep AV standards consistent across every office
- White-glove, high-touch end user support (tickets, email, phone) for staff, traders, and senior executives
- Diagnosing and resolving urgent hardware, software, and connectivity issues with a strong sense of urgency
- Supporting distributed teams on asset management, office moves, and hardware deployments
- Maintaining clear documentation and driving proactive problem management for firm-wide tech issues
What You Bring:
- Hands-on experience with conference room AV hardware - Logitech Rally/MeetUp systems, cameras, codecs, and touch panels
- Experience configuring and supporting Zoom Rooms devices, including firmware updates
- A track record of leading AV installs, room builds, and special projects end to end
- Experience supporting live, high-visibility meetings and executive-level AV needs with a zero-downtime mindset
- Familiarity with Sedna or similar meeting room scheduling/AV coordination platforms
- Strong desktop hardware, peripheral, and printer troubleshooting skills
- Comfort supporting Windows 10/11 environments and Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, OneNote)
- Working knowledge of device management tools (e.g., Microsoft Intune) and remote access basics (VPN, MFA)
- Bachelor's degree and/or 5+ years of relevant technical support experience preferred
- Exceptional customer service instincts including responsiveness, composure, attention to detail, and follow-through with VIP users
