Summary
We are seeking an experienced QA Automation Team (Lead/Senior/Mid) to architect and
build a new, common automation platform from scratch.
This team will focus on delivering a unified, scalable End-to-End (E2E) Automation Engine to
support 13+ modernization teams. Using Java and TypeScript, you will build a greenfield
platform covering both UI and API automation, leveraging GitHub Copilot and Jenkins to drive
high-speed delivery across the organization.
Core Responsibilities
End-to-End Regression Framework Modernization:
Architect and build a brand-new, unified Java and TypeScript automation
platform from the ground up to support both UI (Playwright/Selenium) and API
testing requirements across 13+ teams.
Establish modern CI/CD patterns within Jenkins and utilize AI-assisted
development tools like GitHub Copilot to accelerate framework construction and
test authoring.
Trade & Order Management Validation:
Automate core order lifecycle workflows: Create Modify Cancel Execute.
Validate institutional OMS order validation rules, post-trade processing,
downstream clearing/settlement integrations, and regulatory reporting platforms.
Cross-Platform & API State Comparison Testing:
Design and execute API-driven automated tests (REST/SOAP) to validate
workflows routed through Director pattern architectures.
Conduct state comparison and data validation across coexisting legacy systems
(Mainframe/DB2 via SOAP service layers) and modern cloud/microservice
platforms.
