Java / Sringboot / Anthropic Claude Developer (Must have this listed throughout the resume - Manager will look for it as its the main function of the project)
Responsibilities
Design, develop, and deploy robust microservices using Java, Spring Boot, and other relevant technologies.
AI Integration & Engineering: Embed AI-assisted capabilities into the platform using tools like Spring AI with direct integrations with Anthropic Claude (e.g., building RAG pipelines, text classification, and intelligent agents).
AI-Driven Workflows: Harness Claude Code / MCP (Model Context Protocol) to optimize day-to-day engineering workflows, including automated test generation, code refactoring, and contextual debugging.
Work with product owners and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Implement clean, efficient, and well-documented code while following best practices like TDD (Test-Driven Development) and CI/CD (Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment).
Ensure the scalability, security, and reliability of applications by implementing monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including front-end developers, DevOps engineers, and QA analysts.
Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and share knowledge with peers.
Troubleshoot and debug production issues as they arise.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in microservices and cloud computing.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
8+ years of professional experience in software development with Java.
8+ years of hands-on experience developing microservices using Spring Boot.
Anthropic Claude with certification
Proficiency with RESTful APIs, asynchronous communication, and message queues (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ).
Experience with containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
Solid understanding of database systems, both SQL (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (e.g., MongoDB, Redis).
Experience with version control systems, especially Git.
