Title: Java Lead

A Java Lead oversees the software development lifecycle, bridging the gap between high-level business goals and technical execution. They design application architecture, write high-quality code, conduct code reviews, and mentor junior developers while ensuring project deliverables are met on time.

Key Responsibilities

• Technical Leadership: Guide the architectural design of robust, scalable backend systems.
• Code Quality & Reviews: Enforce coding standards and best practices and conduct thorough peer code reviews.
• Team Mentorship: Provide technical unblocking, coaching, and career guidance to junior developers.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with product managers, QA teams, and DevOps to ship features.
• Production Support: Help troubleshoot critical application issues and optimize system performance.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Core Languages: Advanced proficiency in Core Java, Java EE, and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP).
• Frameworks: Extensive hands-on experience with the Spring ecosystem (Spring Boot, Spring MVC) and hibernate.
• Architecture: Strong understanding of Microservices architecture and RESTful API design.
• Databases: Familiarity with relational (e.g., PostgreSQL, Oracle) and NoSQL databases.
• Tools & DevOps: Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform)
