Position: IT Infrastructure Engineer (Network, Systems & DevOps)
Location: Cedar Rapids, IA - hybrid
Salary: $100,000 - $120,000 base + exceptional benefits

We're seeking a hands-on Network & Systems Engineer to design, automate, and support enterprise infrastructure across on-prem and cloud environments. This role blends networking, systems, and DevOps with strong ownership.
What You'll Do
Build infrastructure as code (Ansible, Python)
Develop CI/CD pipelines (GitLab) for infrastructure automation
Manage Docker/container platforms
Administer Linux (Ubuntu) environments
Support network infrastructure (VLANs, firewalls, VPN, SD-WAN)
Lead IAM, secrets, and certificate automation
Maintain Active Directory, Windows Server, and databases (MySQL/MSSQL)
Drive monitoring, patching, and security support
Participate in on-call rotation
What You Bring
4-5+ years in infrastructure, systems, or DevOps
Strong Linux administration
Experience with Ansible, Python, PowerShell
Hands-on CI/CD and Docker
Solid networking fundamentals
Experience with Active Directory
Nice to Have: AWS/cloud exposure, IAM/PKI, security certifications
