We focus on growing as a team, so we'll share techniques, work through challenges, and develop new methodologies together.

What You'll Work On:
  • Perform enterprise fleet O&M across multi-enclave environments, including lifecycle sustainment for RHEL systems.
  • Execute incident resolution, including troubleshooting OS, configuration, service, and platform-level issues.
  • Conduct post-provisioning validation and onboarding of newly deployed systems.
  • Manage host compliance through errata application, STIG and CIS alignment practices, and quarterly patch cycle execution.
  • Perform vulnerability patching, remediation, and compliance verification across RHEL and Ubuntu systems.
  • Perform directory integration validation and ensure correct binding of Linux hosts to identity services.
  • Manage user and service accounts, ensuring proper onboarding, permissions, and lifecycle controls.
  • Absorb operational workload associated with the onboarding of Ubuntu and emerging containerized platforms.
  • Provide operational support for both Ubuntu and RHEL systems, including patching, troubleshooting, and lifecycle sustainment.
  • Execute standard hygiene tasks such as log retention management, host health checks, and backup or restore verification.
  • Maintain routine service and patching support across enclaves, ensuring consistent operational readiness.
  • Resolve Tier 2 support tickets related to Linux platforms.
  • Participate in patching windows for Linux systems and in audit activities related to enclave synchronization.

Join us. The world can't wait.

You Have:
  • 12+ years of experience in a professional work environment
  • Experience administering enterprise RHEL and Ubuntu systems
  • Experience supporting multi-enclave or multi-tenant environments

  • DoD 8570 IAT Level II Certification
  • DoW 8140 Work Role Code 451 Intermediate Certification

Nice If You Have:
