Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM

Education Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
Experience Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of manufacturing, assembly, or R&D technician experience
- Experience working with small components and precision assembly
- Medical device, cleanroom, or regulated manufacturing experience preferred
Job Duties
- Assemble small, intricate medical device components using manual and semi-automated equipment
- Follow work instructions, assembly drawings, and manufacturing procedures
- Operate basic manufacturing and inspection equipment in a laboratory or cleanroom setting
- Record production data, observations, and build results
- Assist with equipment setup, troubleshooting, and process improvements
- Collaborate with engineering teams to support product development and manufacturing builds
- Maintain accurate documentation and support quality standards
Physical Capabilities
- Ability to work with small parts under magnification or a microscope
- Strong attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks
- Comfortable working in a cleanroom environment and following GMP/ISO procedures
- Basic computer skills for documentation and data entry
