BPMA Testing Technician (Contract-to-Hire)Pay: $32-$40/hour

BPMA Testing Technician supporting the assembly, testing, troubleshooting, and validation of advanced propulsion and electromechanical systems. This is an excellent

Key Responsibilities
- Perform functional, mechanical, and electrical testing of aerospace components, assemblies, and propulsion hardware.
- Set up and operate test equipment including multimeters, oscilloscopes, power supplies, and data acquisition systems.
- Troubleshoot test failures and identify root causes in mechanical, electrical, fluid, and electromechanical systems.
- Assemble, modify, and rework precision components and assemblies.
- Collect, analyze, and document test results while maintaining quality and traceability standards.
- Interpret engineering drawings, technical specifications, and work instructions.
- Support prototype builds, production testing, and continuous process improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in testing, manufacturing, aerospace, electronics, mechanical assembly, or a related technical field.
- Experience using diagnostic and test equipment.
- Ability to read technical drawings, schematics, and manufacturing documentation.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with engineering and production teams.
Preferred Experience
- Aerospace, propulsion, vacuum, fluid, or electromechanical systems testing.
- Pressure testing, leak testing, instrumentation, or data acquisition systems.
- AS9100, regulated manufacturing, or high-reliability environments.
- Soldering, mechanical assembly, machining, or electrical troubleshooting.
U.S. Citizenship Required due to government contract requirements.
