Location: Acton, MA

Pay Rate: $30.00/hour

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM

Education Requirements


  • High School Diploma or equivalent required


Experience Requirements


  • Minimum 3 years of manufacturing, assembly, or R&D technician experience

  • Experience working with small components and precision assembly

  • Medical device, cleanroom, or regulated manufacturing experience preferred


Job Duties


  • Assemble small, intricate medical device components using manual and semi-automated equipment

  • Follow work instructions, assembly drawings, and manufacturing procedures

  • Operate basic manufacturing and inspection equipment in a laboratory or cleanroom setting

  • Record production data, observations, and build results

  • Assist with equipment setup, troubleshooting, and process improvements

  • Collaborate with engineering teams to support product development and manufacturing builds

  • Maintain accurate documentation and support quality standards


Physical Capabilities


  • Ability to work with small parts under magnification or a microscope

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks

  • Comfortable working in a cleanroom environment and following GMP/ISO procedures

  • Basic computer skills for documentation and data entry
