Digital Marketing Manager / Domain Delivery Lead

The Digital Marketing Domain Delivery Lead is responsible for driving the strategy, governance, and successful delivery of Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) solutions that enable personalized, omnichannel customer engagement. The role serves as the primary interface between business stakeholders and technology teams, ensuring scalable, business-aligned marketing capabilities while driving innovation through AI and data-driven marketing practices. This role is to strengthen the Digital Marketing team overall process and domain expertise.

Skills / Experience

• 12+ years of overall IT experience, with 8+ years in Digital Marketing / MarTech solution delivery, leading enterprise-scale transformation programs
• 5+ years of experience designing and delivering Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) solutions, including Journey Builder, Email Studio, Automation Studio, Contact Builder, and customer journey orchestration
• 5+ years of experience leading business-facing engagements, solution architecture, stakeholder management, delivery governance, and Agile program delivery
• 5+ years of experience integrating SFMC with Salesforce CRM and enterprise applications using APIs, data integration, and marketing automation best practices
• 3 years of experience driving AI/GenAI-enabled marketing capabilities, data-driven customer engagement, and omnichannel marketing strategy
• Experience in Life Sciences / Pharma Commercial platforms (Veeva CRM) and AWS Cloud is preferred
• Secondary Skills / Good to have – AI/ML, Generative AI use cases in digital marketing; Veeva CRM, Salesforce Copado and Marketing Cloud Certifications

Job / Role Description

• Own the delivery strategy and governance for Salesforce Marketing Cloud initiatives
• Partner with Commercial, Marketing, CRM, Digital, Product, and IT leadership to prioritize business capabilities
• Lead solution design for customer journeys, campaign orchestration, personalization, and omnichannel engagement
• Provide architectural guidance across SFMC, Salesforce CRM, Veeva (preferred), and enterprise integrations
• Drive delivery governance including release planning, testing strategy, RACI, and operational readiness
• Oversee platform architecture, data quality, customer segmentation, and campaign analytics
• Review solution designs involving Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Contact Builder, Email Studio, and CRM integrations
• Drive adoption of AI capabilities including campaign optimization, intelligent segmentation, automated content recommendations, and marketing insights
• Lead vendor governance and executive stakeholder communication; Communicate effectively with internal and customer stakeholders
• Establish delivery KPIs and continuously improve platform reliability and business value realization
• Ability to distill complex industry concepts into digestible insights for technical and non-technical audiences
• Prior experience in working on Agile/Scrum projects with exposure to tools like Jira
• Provides regular updates, proactive and due diligent to carry out responsibilities
