Software Guidance & Assistance, Inc., (SGA), is searching for a Sr. Manager, Customer Marketing for a contract assignment with one of our premier SaaS clients in San Francisco, CA. This a hybrid role with 2-3 days per week in office.
The Senior Manager, Customer Marketing is both a team leader and program driver. This role manages a team of marketing managers while personally leading integrated campaigns and programs. They balance executional excellence with people management, ensuring their team is delivering high-quality, customer-first work.
This role focuses on the Creators audience segment, with a product focus on mobile applications (Premier, Lightroom, Photoshop) and Adobe Firefly.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and coach a team of marketing contractors (2 ICs), overseeing projects and cross-functional alignment
- Own major integrated marketing initiatives, from planning through execution and measurement.
- Provide strategic input to campaign briefs, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer insights.
- Partner with Brand Studio, Product Marketing, Media, and regional teams to deliver work at scale.
- Ensure operational rigor across budgets, timelines, and resourcing.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and creativity within the team.

Required Skills:
- 7-10 years of experience in marketing management, campaign management, or integrated marketing roles.
- Proven ability to lead large, complex marketing initiatives and deliver measurable business impact.
- Strong understanding of integrated marketing principles across brand, digital, social, media, and content.
- Excellent project and stakeholder management skills; able to drive alignment across multiple teams and priorities.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to connect insights to action.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with executive presence.
