Description Seeking a Senior IT Support Analyst to provide advanced technical support, endpoint management, and troubleshooting in an enterprise environment. This individual will serve as a senior escalation resource while supporting modernization and automation initiatives.
Requirements - 5+ years of IT support experience.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune, SCCM, and Windows Autopilot.
- Experience supporting Windows 11, Microsoft 365, endpoint security, and enterprise applications.
- Experience with Azure Virtual Desktop or similar technologies.
- PowerShell scripting experience.
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills.
