### Job Summary Thinking Minds' client is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer to bridge strategic customer needs and product innovation. Working closely with customer technical teams, R&D, Product, and Go-to-Market partners, you will design and deliver practical AI solutions that improve customer support operations. This hands-on role combines software engineering, technical consulting, and product influence, with ownership of projects from initial discovery through delivery and measurable business outcomes.

### Key Responsibilities
Embed with strategic customers to understand business challenges, technical requirements, and opportunities to automate and scale support operations.
Work side-by-side with customer engineers to prototype, build, integrate, and ship high-quality software.
Use and write REST APIs to connect systems and support successful implementation.
Partner with Sales, Success, Product, and Engineering teams to coordinate delivery, resolve challenges, and translate customer feedback into actionable product insights.
Influence product direction and roadmap decisions through evidence gathered from real-world deployments.
Codify reusable practices and share engagement insights to strengthen the Forward Deployed Engineering function.
### Required Qualifications
A strong software engineering foundation and experience delivering software with real-world usage.
Deep knowledge of a high-level programming language such as JavaScript, Python, or Ruby.
Ability to learn unfamiliar technologies quickly and evaluate architectural trade-offs.
Proficiency integrating systems through APIs while balancing delivery speed, software quality, and business outcomes.
Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Willingness to travel and work on-site with customers, alongside participation in a hybrid working environment.
### Preferred Qualifications
Experience building SaaS products.
Familiarity with enterprise customer-support or CRM ecosystems, such as Salesforce.
Experience translating customer requirements into applied AI solutions and reusable implementation approaches.
