Senior Applied AI & Data Scientist

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Applied AI & Data Scientist to design, develop, and deploy advanced AI, machine learning, and Generative AI solutions across enterprise business functions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Python, SQL, Snowflake, PostgreSQL, Machine Learning, LLMs, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and Agentic AI.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end development and deployment of AI/ML solutions, from business problem identification and exploratory analysis to production implementation.
• Design and build Generative AI applications, including LLM-powered analytics, Deep Research capabilities, and RAG solutions using structured and unstructured enterprise data.
• Develop agentic AI workflows involving multi-step orchestration, tool calling, function calling, retrieval, and guardrails.

Required Technical Skills

• Strong programming experience in Python and SQL.
• Hands-on experience with Machine Learning libraries such as Scikit-learn, XGBoost, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
• Practical experience with Snowflake, including Snowpark and/or Cortex.
• Experience working with relational databases such as PostgreSQL.
• Strong understanding of Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), RAG, embeddings, vector search, and knowledge retrieval.
