Full Stack Developer

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using modern frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Node.js, .NET, Java).
• Integrate AI/ML models (e.g., NLP, computer vision, predictive analytics) into web and mobile applications using APIs, microservices, or embedded inference engines.
• Build and manage RESTful and GraphQL APIs to support AI-driven features such as chatbots, recommendation engines, and intelligent automation.
• Collaborate with data scientists and AI engineers to deploy, monitor, and optimize AI models in production environments.
• Implement DevOps and DevSecOps practices including CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and infrastructure-as-code (IaC).
• Ensure application scalability, security, and performance across cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform).
• Work within agile teams to deliver high-quality features with a focus on continuous integration, testing, and feedback loops.
• Contribute to architectural decisions, code reviews, and technical documentation.
• Stay updated with emerging AI trends and evaluate their applicability to product development.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in full-stack development with proven delivery in enterprise applications.
• Strong proficiency in front-end (React, Angular, HTML/CSS/JavaScript) and back-end (Node.js, .NET, Java, Python) technologies.
• Hands-on experience with AI/ML integration in real-world applications (e.g., chatbots, recommendation systems, anomaly detection).
• Experience with AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn) and deployment tools (ONNX, TensorFlow Serving, MLflow).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI).
• Experience with API design, security best practices, and performance optimization.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a passion for innovation.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with generative AI platforms such as AiDE® or similar enterprise AI development environments.
• Knowledge of DevSecOps, compliance standards (ISO 27001, ISO 27701), and secure coding practices.
• Exposure to real-time data processing (Kafka, Spark) and event-driven architectures.
• Experience in industries such as real estate, healthcare, finance, or human capital management is a plus.
