About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled System Analyst to bridge the gap between business requirements and technology solutions. The ideal candidate will analyze existing systems, identify areas for improvement, and work closely with stakeholders to implement effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with business teams to gather and document system requirements.
Analyze current systems and processes to identify gaps and areas for enhancement.
Design and recommend technical solutions to meet business objectives.
Prepare detailed specifications, workflows, and documentation for development teams.
Coordinate with developers, QA, and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
Conduct system testing, troubleshoot issues, and support implementation.
Ensure systems meet security, compliance, and performance standards.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field.
0 3 years of experience in similar role.
Strong communication and analytical skills.
Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work under pressure.
