job summary:
We are seeking two Business Systems Consultant II with a strong technical foundation and interest in process improvement to support our ongoing HR systems transformation. This role will begin with a primary focus on systems support and evolve into broader process alignment efforts across the organization.

responsibilities:
Process, Service Delivery, and Operational Readiness - this role would provide immediate execution support to help establish and stabilize the core sustainment model, including:
Process design and documentation
Incident, request, and enhancement management support
Release and annual cycle readiness activities
Operational handoff and transition support
Action tracking and follow-through across sustainment deliverables
Identification of process gaps and improvement opportunities
Planning support for post-go-live stabilization and transition into sustainment
Governance, Documentation, Reporting - this role would provide structure and operational discipline to support sustainment maturity, including:
? Governance support and decision tracking
? Documentation standards and repository support
? Reporting and performance metric preparation
? Status and risk visibility across sustainment work
qualifications:
Degrees or certifications required/or in lieu of a degree how many years of overall experience required :
Bachelor's Degree in a business-related discipline with 2 years systems experience. In lieu of a degree, must have 3 years of related work experience in a professional business or technical role.
