Summary

Role: Salesforce Functional Solution Architect/ Senior Technical Business System Analyst

Location: Atlanta, Onsite 4 days/week

Key Responsibilities

Requirements & Solution Analysis

Translate business objectives into detailed functional and technical requirements.
Refine high-level requirements into actionable user stories, acceptance criteria, and implementation details.
Document system behaviors, business processes, integrations, and technical dependencies.
Support backlog refinement and impact analysis across multiple concurrent initiatives.

Technical Documentation & Knowledge Management

Produce and maintain:
- Process flows
- Architecture summaries
- Data and system interaction diagrams
- Technical requirements documentation
- Decision logs
- Release and dependency documentation
Serve as the CIAM platform knowledge repository, maintaining context across projects, releases, and architectural transitions.
Capture key decisions, actions, risks, assumptions, and stakeholder feedback from technical and business meetings.

Stakeholder Facilitation & Communication

Facilitate requirements workshops and solution discussions with technical and business stakeholders.
Translate complex technical topics into clear executive and stakeholder-friendly communications.
Create presentations, summaries, and decision-support materials that accurately represent technical concepts, risks, tradeoffs, and recommendations.
Coordinate cross-functional discussions involving Product, Engineering, Security, Operations, and external partners.

Testing & Delivery Support

Support test planning, test traceability, and release readiness activities.
Ensure requirements are adequately validated and linked to testing outcomes.
Assist with defect triage, root cause analysis, and impact assessments requiring both technical and business context.
Support post-release analysis and operational readiness reviews.

Preferred Qualifications

5+ years of experience as a Technical BSA, Systems Analyst, Product Analyst, or similar role.
Experience supporting Identity, Security, or Customer Authentication platforms.
Experience working within Agile and Waterfall delivery models.
Strong technical writing and documentation skills.
Proven ability to facilitate discussions between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Experience supporting enterprise platform migrations or modernization initiatives.
