Do you have 7+ years experience as a Salesforce Functional Consultant, BA, or Solution Architect, with direct experience leading complex migration projects from Oracle to Salesforce?
Do you have deep functional knowledge of Sales Cloud and CPQ, alongside a strong understanding of Service Cloud and Experience Cloud?
Description Of Services:
Project Lead, Oracle to Salesforce Migration (AI & Multi-Cloud),Senior Salesforce Functional Consultant
Experience: 7+ years as a Salesforce Functional Consultant, BA, or Solution Architect, with direct experience leading complex migration projects from Oracle to Salesforce.
Cloud Expertise: Deep functional knowledge of Sales Cloud and CPQ, alongside a strong understanding of Service Cloud and Experience Cloud.
AI & Technical Capabilities: Practical understanding of Salesforce AI tools (Agentforce/Einstein) and declarative automation (Flow). Strong understanding of integration architectures (e.g., MuleSoft) for legacy Oracle data flows and popular AppExchange products.
Certifications (Preferred): Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant, Salesforce Administrator, Platform App Builder, or AI Specialist/Associate.
Soft Skills: Exceptional stakeholder management, executive-level presentation skills, and a collaborative, problem-solving mindset.
Deliverables:
-Process Flows -Mentor and Knowledge transfer to client project team members -Participate as primary, co and/or contributing author on any and all project deliverables associated with their assigned areas of responsibility -Participate in data conversion and data maintenance -Provide best practice and industry specific solutions -Advise on and provide alternative (out of the box) solutions -Provide thought leadership as well as hands on technical configuration/development as needed. -Participate as a team member of the functional team -Perform other duties as assigned.
