Role Summary
We are looking for an experienced Senior Teamcenter Developer to support the PLM transformation program at customer location. The role will act as a technical interface between business stakeholders, functional consultants, architects, Siemens teams, and the offshore development team.
The candidate should have strong hands-on expertise in Teamcenter TeamcenterX configuration and customization, with the ability to analyze business requirements and identify the most appropriate OOTB, configuration, extension, or customization approach.
A key expectation is to minimize unnecessary customization and ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with the TeamcenterX SaaS architecture.
Key Responsibilities
Work onsite with business and IT stakeholders to understand and refine PLM requirements.
Translate functional requirements and user stories into detailed Teamcenter technical solutions.
Perform technical fit-gap assessment and recommend OOTBconfiguration-first solutions before proposing customization.
