Summary

Five to eight years of progressively responsible experience in database administration in multi-platform environments involving Oracle, SQL Server, and PostgreSQL. Experience must include hands-on Oracle GoldenGate replication administration and proactive monitoring and tuning through Oracle Enterprise Manager (OEM). Experience should also include advanced troubleshooting, high-availability and disaster-recovery management, backup and recovery, performance tuning, and patching coordination in a production environment supporting business-critical applications.

Proficiency with scripting and automation, including Python and shell scripting, is required.

Demonstrated ability to ramp quickly in a new environment and to collaborate effectively as part of a team is essential for this contract role.

Experience in a regulated environment subject to NERC CIP or SOC is strongly preferred, and experience with configuration-management and infrastructure-as-code tools such as Ansible and Terraform, along with familiarity with the ServiceNow IT service management platform, is a plus.
