Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Reltio MDM Developer with 5+ years of professional experience in Master Data Management (MDM) and Data Quality, including strong hands-on experience with the Reltio Platform. The successful candidate will design, develop, configure, integrate, and support enterprise MDM solutions that deliver trusted, high-quality golden records across business domains.
This is a hands-on role requiring strong technical expertise in Reltio MDM, data quality, integrations, APIs, and data governance, along with the ability to translate business requirements into scalable MDM solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Design, configure, and maintain Reltio MDM solutions, including entities, attributes, relationships, hierarchies, crosswalks, data models, and UI configurations.
Develop and optimize match, merge, survivorship, identity resolution, and data stewardship strategies to establish accurate and trusted golden records.
Design, develop, configure, and maintain Reltio Integration Hub (RIH) recipes for inbound and outbound data integrations. This includes hands-on experience with recipe orchestration, transformations, mappings, error handling, and integration workflows.
Build and support integrations between Reltio and enterprise applications, CRM platforms, data warehouses, and cloud data platforms using RIH, REST APIs, JSON/XML, and batch/file-based interfaces.
Leverage Reltio REST APIs for data ingestion, entity search, updates, merges, exports, and metadata management.
Implement data quality, validation, standardization, cleansing, enrichment, and exception-management processes.
Develop SQL queries for source-to-target validation, data profiling, reconciliation, and data quality analysis.
Monitor data loads and integrations, troubleshoot failures, analyze logs/API responses, and perform root-cause analysis.
Collaborate with Data Architects, Business Analysts, Data Stewards, and business stakeholders to define MDM models, data quality rules, match/merge policies, survivorship requirements, and golden-record definitions.
Support production deployments, incident/problem management, performance optimization, and release/environment promotion activities.
Create and maintain technical documentation covering data models, mappings, RIH recipes, integrations, configurations, and operational procedures.
Apply MDM best practices related to data governance, data quality, stewardship, security, auditability, and compliance.
Required Qualifications & Skills
5+ years of overall experience in MDM and Data Quality, with substantial hands-on experience implementing and supporting Reltio MDM.
Strong hands-on experience with Reltio Console and platform.
Proven experience designing and configuring Reltio data models, entities, attributes, relationships, crosswalks, match/merge, and survivorship rules.
Strong hands-on experience developing Reltio Integration Hub (RIH) recipes is mandatory.
Strong knowledge of Reltio REST APIs, API integration, JSON/XML, and integration patterns.
Proficiency in SQL, data validation, reconciliation, and data quality concepts.
Experience integrating Reltio with Snowflake and/or other cloud data platforms, CRM systems, and enterprise applications.
Knowledge of ETL/ELT, data pipelines, data mapping, and integration troubleshooting.
Experience with Python is an asset.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
Ability to work effectively with both technical and business stakeholders in an enterprise environment.
