Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Reltio MDM Developer with 5+ years of professional experience in Master Data Management (MDM) and Data Quality, including strong hands-on experience with the Reltio Platform. The candidate will design, develop, configure, integrate, and support enterprise MDM solutions that deliver trusted, high-quality golden records across business domains.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, configure, and maintain Reltio MDM solutions, including entities, attributes, relationships, hierarchies, crosswalks, data models, and UI configurations.
- Develop match, merge, survivorship, identity resolution, and data stewardship strategies.
- Develop and maintain Reltio Integration Hub (RIH) recipes for inbound and outbound integrations.
- Build integrations between Reltio and enterprise applications, CRM platforms, data warehouses, and cloud platforms.
- Utilize Reltio REST APIs for data ingestion, entity search, updates, merges, exports, and metadata management.
- Implement data quality, validation, standardization, cleansing, enrichment, and exception-management processes.
- Develop SQL queries for data validation, profiling, reconciliation, and data quality analysis.
- Monitor data loads and integrations, troubleshoot failures, and perform root-cause analysis.
- Collaborate with Data Architects, Business Analysts, Data Stewards, and business stakeholders.
- Support production deployments, incident management, performance optimization, and release activities.
- Maintain technical documentation for data models, mappings, RIH recipes, integrations, and configurations.
- Follow MDM best practices related to data governance, quality, stewardship, security, and compliance.
Mandatory Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in MDM and Data Quality.
- Strong hands-on experience with Reltio MDM and Reltio Console.
- Experience designing and configuring Reltio data models, entities, attributes, relationships, and crosswalks.
- Strong experience with Reltio Integration Hub (RIH) recipes – Mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of Reltio REST APIs, JSON/XML, and API integrations.
- Strong SQL skills with experience in data validation and reconciliation.
- Experience integrating Reltio with Snowflake or other cloud data platforms.
- Knowledge of ETL/ELT, data pipelines, data mapping, and integration troubleshooting.
- Python experience is an asset.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Client-facing communication is required.
- Must be able to collaborate effectively with onshore and offshore teams.
- Must work onsite 2–3 days per week in Hanover, MD.
