MDM Strategy & Implementation Lead

Seeking a senior MDM Strategy & Implementation Lead to lead the transition from MDM strategy into enterprise implementation for a manufacturing organization with a complex, multi-ERP environment.

Key Requirements:

• 12+ years in MDM, Data Management and Data Governance, with experience leading strategy-to-implementation programs.
• Strong business advisory and executive communication skills — able to facilitate workshops, influence business/domain owners and translate business priorities into executable MDM solutions.
• Proven multi-domain MDM experience across Customer, Product/Item, Vendor/Supplier and related enterprise domains.
• Strong experience establishing golden records, matching/deduplication, hierarchies, data ownership/stewardship, governance, workflows and data-quality controls.
• Ability to lead MDM architecture and integration across multiple ERP/source systems, analytics platforms and enterprise applications, particularly in M&A-driven environments.
• Experience defining domain sequencing, implementation roadmap, operating model, governance/RACI and migration/integration strategy.
• Manufacturing, distribution and supply-chain domain experience strongly preferred.
• Implementation experience in; Informatica, Reltio, Profisee or pimcore enterprise MDM experience is relevant.
• Microsoft Fabric / Power BI ecosystem knowledge is a plus.
• Must be a highly communicative, business-friendly, capable of bridging executives, business teams, data governance, architects and implementation teams.
