JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior AI Full Stack Developer to design, develop, and deploy enterprise-grade AI applications, intelligent agents, and data-driven solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Generative AI, Agentic AI, Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, Python, RAG, Snowflake, APIs, and microservices.
The candidate will work closely with engineering, data, cloud, and product teams to build scalable AI solutions and take them from concept through production deployment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered enterprise applications and intelligent agent workflows.
- Build RAG-based knowledge, search, document intelligence, and enterprise information solutions.
- Develop scalable backend services, REST APIs, microservices, and enterprise integrations.
- Build and integrate AI solutions with Azure cloud services, Snowflake, SQL, and enterprise data platforms.
- Develop end-to-end AI data pipelines and intelligent workflows for production environments.
- Implement Prompt Engineering, Agentic AI, and Generative AI capabilities.
- Utilize AI orchestration frameworks such as LangChain, Semantic Kernel, and CrewAI.
- Integrate AI applications with enterprise systems and business applications.
- Develop, test, debug, optimize, and deploy production-ready applications.
- Ensure AI solutions meet enterprise standards for security, scalability, reliability, observability, and maintainability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering, data, cloud, and product teams.
- Troubleshoot application and AI workflow issues and continuously improve system performance.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 5 10 years of professional software engineering experience.
- 2+ years of hands-on experience developing Generative AI, Agentic AI, or AI-powered enterprise applications.
- Strong hands-on Python development experience.
- Proven experience building and deploying production-grade AI applications.
- Experience integrating AI solutions with cloud-based data platforms and enterprise systems.
- Strong understanding of API design, microservices, software testing, debugging, and deployment.
- Experience working in enterprise environments with distributed, cross-functional teams.
