Generative AI Developer/AI Solutions Developer/Full Stack Engineer – AI Applications

We are seeking a hands-on Full Stack Developer with Generative AI experience to design, develop, and deploy AI-enabled web applications and Proofs of Concept (PoCs). The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Python, React/Node.js, Azure/AWS, Generative AI, RAG, REST APIs, and cloud-native application development.

This role will involve collaborating with stakeholders, data scientists, UI/UX designers, and project managers to develop scalable and secure applications leveraging modern AI technologies.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and refine use cases for Generative AI solutions.
• Design, develop, and implement end-to-end PoCs using Azure AI and AWS Bedrock.
• Build scalable, secure, and robust web applications integrating Generative AI models and APIs.
• Develop both front-end and back-end components for seamless application experiences.
• Rapidly prototype, test, and iterate application features based on feedback.
• Integrate cloud services and support application deployment pipelines.
• Develop APIs and backend services using Python frameworks.
• Integrate and consume RESTful web services and microservices.
• Implement AI/ML models, APIs, and RAG capabilities into applications.
• Participate in code reviews, unit testing, debugging, and performance optimization.
• Document technical designs, architecture, development processes, and solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional technical and business teams.
• Stay current with emerging Generative AI, cloud, and full-stack development technologies.

• 5+ years of full-stack software development experience.
• 3+ years of hands-on Python development.
• Strong experience with React, Node.js, JavaScript, or similar front-end/back-end technologies.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure and/or AWS cloud platforms.
• Hands-on experience integrating Generative AI/ML models or APIs into applications.
• Experience with Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Search, Azure AI services, or similar technologies.
• Understanding of Generative AI and RAG concepts.
• Experience building Python-based APIs and backend services.
• Strong knowledge of REST APIs and microservices architecture.
• Experience with Docker and/or OpenShift.
• Experience with Git/Bitbucket, CI/CD, and Agile development methodologies.
• Experience with automated testing and continuous integration tools such as Jenkins.
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps for build, testing, and deployment automation.
• Strong software engineering, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

• Hands-on experience with Azure OpenAI API.

• Experience deploying Generative AI applications into production on Azure.
• Knowledge of AI application security, privacy, fairness, transparency, and responsible AI practices.
• Experience with C# and/or Java.
• Experience with CI/CD and DevOps best practices.
• Familiarity with Jupyter, Pandas, PyTorch, or other data science tools.
• Experience with AI monitoring, containerization, orchestration, and cloud security.
• Experience handling sensitive or regulated data within cloud environments.
