Role Overview
We are seeking an Agile Scrum Master with a project manager background. This role supports end-to-end infrastructure technology projects by gathering requirements and coordinating the design and build of hardware, including servers, networks, and storage. The position involves matrix execution responsibility across technology organizations and lines of business.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage multiple projects or a smaller number of complex projects.
- Partner with Program and Project Managers and SMEs to create business requirements for technology solutions.
- Assist with technology estimates and manage low to moderate complexity technology solutions for projects.
- Manage timelines and communicate project status effectively.
- Build positive relationships with stakeholders.
- Use appropriate tools to identify root causes of business challenges and recommend solutions.
- Lead large-scale, complex infrastructure delivery projects.
- Handle finances, resource capital planning, and capital tracking.
Required Qualifications
Experience: 7-20 years of experience as an Agile/Scrum Master with a project manager background.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Project, Excel, and PowerPoint. Experience with MongoDB, Oracle, and SQL is also required.

- Previous experience in the banking industry.
