Scrum Master - Enterprise Data Modernization Program

Location: Remote/Hybrid
Reports To: Program Manager / PMO Director
Overview

Seeking an experienced Scrum Master to support a large-scale enterprise data modernization initiative. This role will facilitate Agile delivery, drive collaboration across technical and business teams, remove obstacles, and help ensure successful program execution.
Responsibilities
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
  • Coach teams on Agile principles, Scrum practices, and continuous improvement.
  • Partner with business and technology stakeholders to prioritize and deliver value.
  • Manage dependencies, risks, impediments, and cross-team coordination.
  • Maintain sprint plans, release schedules, delivery metrics, and program reporting.
  • Track team velocity, capacity, milestones, and overall delivery health.
  • Provide status updates and communications to leadership and stakeholders.
  • Drive process improvements and promote a culture of transparency, accountability, and collaboration.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of Scrum Master experience supporting Agile technology teams.
  • Experience leading large-scale technology, data, analytics, cloud, or infrastructure initiatives.
  • Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, project tracking, reporting, and dependency management.
  • Proven ability to collaborate with executive stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Scrum certification (CSM, PSM, SAFe Scrum Master, or equivalent).
  • Experience supporting enterprise transformation or modernization initiatives.
  • Background in healthcare, analytics, data platforms, or large-scale technology environments.
  • Experience with Agile transformation and scaled Agile frameworks.
