- Own outcomes: Own the P&L and business impact of your initiatives, communicating progress, ROI, risks, and opportunities to leadership and client partners, shaping the go-forward for each workstream to ensure it's positioned to deliver meaningful impact, getting hands-on where necessary to unblock our hardest tasks and hurdles
- Advance the Operating System: Build and deploy agentic workflows across your workstreams in partnership with our central teams. Ensure delivery learnings are turned into reusable capabilities that strengthen the broader system over time
- Develop talent: Manage and develop a team of product managers at various levels, creating specific plans, providing hands-on product and analytical support, delegating appropriate work, and instilling a performance-driven environment through clear expectations, regular feedback, and recognition of achievements
What We're Looking For:- Commercially grounded: You bring an entrepreneurial mindset paired with strong commercial instincts, identifying where value can be unlocked and the levers that drive measurable improvements in business outcomes, connecting product decisions to both near-term value and long-term strategy.
- Relationship-driven: You build durable relationships with client counterparts and internal leaders, understanding their motivations and constraints, and using these partnerships to shape decisions, secure alignment, and accelerate impact
- Technical fluency: You have a strong technical and data foundation that enables you to collaborate effectively with engineers and data scientists, understand relevant algorithms, translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders, and leverage modern AI tools to accelerate product development.
- Customer centric: High-level of customer empathy with the ability to diagnose the core of the problem. You have a great taste for UX and design to help bring solutions to life
- Deeply curious: You have a genuine drive to understand how the world is changing and how emerging AI capabilities can be applied in practice. You invest time in staying close to new developments, forming clear opinions on what makes systems effective, and bringing that perspective into product strategy, team leadership, and execution.
Experiences You've Had: - End-to-end ownership: Experience driving AI/ML products from concept through iteration, guiding a team through delivery, and owning the outcomes and business impact of the work.
- Driving complex decision-making: Experience influencing cross-functional leaders, navigating competing priorities, and making high-impact product decisions in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
- Built from experience: You've worked hands-on with production-grade AI systems, whether evaluating model behavior, running analyses (sql, python), building agents, or optimizing data pipelines, giving you the practical grounding to lead teams and make informed technical decisions
- Partner engagement: Experience serving as a strategic partner to stakeholders or clients, leading discovery conversations, validating opportunities, and aligning teams around shared goals.
