Job Description: The Product Owner serves as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, development teams, and external partners, ensuring product initiatives are clearly defined, prioritized, and successfully delivered. In addition to running daily stand up calls, the role is responsible for gathering, organizing, and refining business requirements, translating them into detailed features and user stories that support the team's Kanban-based development process. The Product Owner manages and prioritizes the daily story backlog, collaborates closely with cross-functional and external teams, and removes process inefficiencies to enable developers to remain focused on delivering high-quality solutions. Additionally, this individual leverages dashboarding and performance metrics to monitor progress, communicate insights, drive data-informed decision-making, and continuously improve product delivery and operational effectiveness.
