We’re hiring an experienced RBQM Veeva BA cum PM
💼 Employment: Full-Time (FTE)
📈 Experience: 11–22 years
Must-Have Experience
- PM with strong Business Analyst background
- 6+ years in Clinical Operations / Clinical Domain
- Hands-on experience with RBQM (Risk-Based Quality Management), Veeva, CTMS, eTMF, and EDC
- 8+ years in requirements gathering, stakeholder communication, and documentation
- 6+ years creating BRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications
- Experience coordinating with Development, QA/UAT, and Business teams
- Strong experience supporting Agile/Scrum delivery
Nice to Have
- 21 CFR Part 11 / GxP compliance
- Jira, Azure DevOps, HP ALM
- SQL and data analysis
- Training, change management, and process documentation
