Qualifications:

Requirements
  • 7-10+ years PO/PM experience in technical environments
  • Thorough SDLC understanding
  • Maintain a working understanding of the technical components and coordinate with other teams to gather required details
  • JIRA
  • Experience creating features and stories
  • Input, organize, and maintain the backlog, ensuring stories and features are ready for the team.
  • Experience with status reporting and driving timelines
  • Provide clear, consistent updates to leadership on progress, risks, and timelines
  • Resource coordination experience
  • Work with internal teams to secure permissions, environments, and any setup required for the team

  • Job Description: The Product Owner serves as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, development teams, and external partners, ensuring product initiatives are clearly defined, prioritized, and successfully delivered. In addition to running daily stand up calls, the role is responsible for gathering, organizing, and refining business requirements, translating them into detailed features and user stories that support the team's Kanban-based development process. The Product Owner manages and prioritizes the daily story backlog, collaborates closely with cross-functional and external teams, and removes process inefficiencies to enable developers to remain focused on delivering high-quality solutions. Additionally, this individual leverages dashboarding and performance metrics to monitor progress, communicate insights, drive data-informed decision-making, and continuously improve product delivery and operational effectiveness.
