Position type: Fulltime, Contract
Duration: 3+ months

As a Reporting Business Analyst, you will:

Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, document, and prioritize reporting and data requirements, translating business needs into technical reporting solutions.
Optimize complex SQL queries, stored procedures, views, and datasets to support reporting, analytics, and operational decision-making.
Conduct data analysis, gap analysis, and impact assessments to identify reporting enhancements and process improvement opportunities.
Create interactive Power BI dashboards, paginated reports, and SSRS reports to provide actionable business insights and KPI tracking.

The ideal candidate will have:

Previous hands-on experience as a Software Developer; business analyst experience alone is not sufficient.
Experience developing, maintaining, and supporting reports using Power BI, Report Builder, and SSRS.
Advanced SQL expertise, including the ability to read, write, modify, optimize, and troubleshoot complex SQL queries.
Ability to quickly learn and become proficient in proprietary SQL-based development tools and processes.

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
Pay Range*: $70- $78 per hour
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
