Required Qualifications

Previous hands-on experience as a Software Developer; business analyst experience alone is not sufficient.
Experience developing, maintaining, and supporting reports using Power BI, Report Builder, and SSRS.
Advanced SQL expertise, including the ability to read, write, modify, optimize, and troubleshoot complex SQL queries.
Ability to quickly learn and become proficient in proprietary SQL-based development tools and processes.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality solutions.
Self-motivated and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience creating and executing test plans, test cases, and test scenarios.
Experience with manual and automated testing methodologies.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
