Job Description
We are seeking a Senior ServiceNow Developer to join our dynamic team supporting the Global Third Party Program. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in ServiceNow platform development, Third Party Risk Management (TPRM), and enterprise integrations and a proven ability to deliver secure, compliant solutions through the SDLC within established change management frameworks.
Responsibilities:
- Design, configure, and maintain ServiceNow applications, workflows, integrations, and user interfaces.
- Implement solutions using platform capabilities including custom apps, APIs, business rules, flows, catalog items, and portals.
- Translate business requirements into technical designs aligned to enterprise architecture standards.
- Participate across SDLC phases including analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and production support.
- Support release management through governance, change control, and DevOps practices.
- Develop and maintain integrations with internal and external systems using REST, SOAP, and enterprise integration patterns.
- Ensure solutions meet security, audit, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
- Provide troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and ongoing platform enhancements.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD).
- 3-5+ years developing and supporting ServiceNow applications and platform capabilities.
- Proficiency with JavaScript, ServiceNow scripting, APIs, integrations, and workflow automation.
- Hands-on experience with Workspaces, Flows, ACLs, Script Includes, Business Rules, UI Actions/Pages, Forms, Playbooks, Portals, and Reports.
- Experience designing and configuring integrations including connectors and Scripted REST APIs.
- Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile methods, release management, testing, and deployment practices.
Preferred Skills:
- Additional ServiceNow certifications such as CSA or CIS.
- Experience in large enterprise environments, preferably financial services or other regulated industries.
- Background supporting risk, compliance, governance, or enterprise service management initiatives.
- Familiarity with regulatory, audit, and cybersecurity requirements common to financial institutions.
