Role Overview
As a Learning Strategy Program Coordinator, you will provide daily project support and coordination to the Learning Strategy team. You will be responsible for managing administrative and supportive tasks for mentoring programs in addition to collaborating on special projects. This role supports the Mentoring Together programs, focusing on tracking and analyzing key metrics.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the design and deployment of mentoring programs for current and future employees.
- Facilitate mentoring program offerings, including trainings, orientations, and informational sessions.
- Coordinate and assist with the execution of trainings and events, preparing materials and managing communications.
- Provide technical support for virtual trainings and activities using Microsoft Teams.
- Maintain records of learning activities, registration, and attendance in the Learning Management System (LMS) and mentoring platform.
- Track and analyze success metrics including surveys, enrollment, participation, and engagement.
- Administer and assist with the analysis of surveys to provide continuous improvement of program offerings.
- Assist with the analysis of program effectiveness and return on investment.
- Create and deploy communications specific to programs and learning activities.
- Provide support for distribution email inboxes and calendars.
- Keep up to date on industry trends to identify new approaches to training.
- Assist with ad hoc projects as needed.
Required Qualifications
Experience: 2+ years of current experience providing learning and development project coordination and support.
Technical Skills: Advanced experience using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) is required. Strong Outlook calendar and inbox management experience is also necessary.
Preferred Qualifications
- A Bachelor's degree is preferred.
- Experience with Learning Management Systems is preferred.
- Experience with the Chronus mentoring platform is a bonus.
- Advanced experience with Microsoft Teams, including Webinars, SharePoint, and OneDrive is preferred.
Work Environment
The work schedule is hybrid, requiring in-office presence every Tuesday and Wednesday, plus the first and third Thursdays of the month. All other days are remote. Standard working hours are 9 am - 5 pm CST, Monday - Friday. Minimal travel, approximately 5%, may be required.
Additional Information
The interview process will consist of two video-based rounds with the team manager and hiring manager. These interviews will be behavioral, focusing on work examples. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship. Successful completion of an interview is required to meet job qualifications.
