Project Coordinator III

RESPONSIBILITIES:
A client working with Kforce is seeking a Project Coordinator III. The client is open to remote EST or CST.

Duties:
* Own intake queue
* Oversee campaign communication
* Maintain a playbook
* Own the intake queue; Triage all lead repo/campaign requests through a single intake; Enforce required fields (sales motion, segment, product family, campaign name); Route to the right team; Track every ticket against published SLAs
* Drive campaigns to live; Chase each request through the full lifecycle - request, sizing; Data load; Salesforce campaign creation; Live handoff to the sales floor - unblocking or escalating stalls daily
* Enforce quality: Apply the standardized campaign naming convention; QA campaign setup (segments, dropdowns, campaign IDs) before launch; Confirm compliance checks (e.g., consent/opt-in flags) are recorded
* Run the operating cadence: Facilitate the daily 15-minute standup with the lead repo engineering team; Represent Sales Ops in the weekly working session; keep the project tracker current
* Maintain the playbook: Keep the marketing-sponsor playbook up to date

REQUIREMENTS:
* To be considered for this position, candidates must have experience in a similar role, or they must possess significant knowledge, experience, and abilities to successfully perform the responsibilities listed
* Relevant education and/or training will be considered a plus

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
