What We're Looking ForWe're looking for curious, driven graduates who are excited to learn, collaborate, and grow in a manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate brings strong communication skills, a problem-solving mindset, and a genuine interest in building a career in engineering or operations.
- entry level candidates (December 2026 or May/June 2027) with a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Agricultural Engineering, Dairy Science, Food Science, Dairy Manufacturing, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Interest in manufacturing, operations, and continuous improvement.
- Ability to collaborate across teams and build strong working relationships.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to share ideas clearly and work effectively with different audiences.
- A growth mindset and eagerness to learn, take initiative, and develop new skills.
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities and support change.
- Confidence presenting information and communicating effectively in group settings.
- Comfort using Microsoft Office and other standard business tools.

Where You Will Work This opportunity is based at our facility in
Clovis, New Mexico. To support your transition, housing assistance is provided throughout the program, along with a one-time relocation allowance to help cover initial moving expenses.
