Job Overview:
Pay Range: $35.00hr - $40.00hr
Requirement/Must Have:
- 5+ years of ETL / Data Integration Development experience.
- 5+ years of SQL, PL/SQL, and Database Development experience.
- 3+ years of experience with ETL Tools such as Informatica, SSIS, Talend, DataStage, Matillion, or similar.
- 3+ years of experience with Data Warehousing Concepts and Dimensional Modeling.
- 2+ years of Python Scripting for Data Processing and Automation.
- 2+ years of experience with Cloud Platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform.
- 2+ years of experience with Large Dataset Processing and Performance Tuning.
- 1+ years of experience with Version Control Tools such as Git or Bitbucket.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, test, and maintain ETL/data integration workflows.
- Extract, transform, and load data from multiple source systems into data warehouses and data lakes.
- Develop and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and database objects.
- Build scalable and high-performance data pipelines.
- Perform data mapping, profiling, validation, and reconciliation activities.
- Monitor ETL jobs and troubleshoot data integration issues.
- Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and data engineers to understand requirements.
- Ensure data quality, integrity, security, and compliance standards.
- Support production deployments and provide ongoing maintenance.
- Participate in code reviews, performance tuning, and process improvements.
Nice to Have:
- Healthcare domain experience and healthcare data processing.
- Exposure to Azure Data Factory, Databricks, Snowflake, or similar modern data platforms.
- Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Experience leveraging AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot or Microsoft Copilot.
- Knowledge of data governance, data quality, and compliance standards.
