About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior ETL Developer to design, build, and maintain scalable data integration pipelines that move and transform data across our enterprise systems. This role will play a key part in ensuring accurate, timely, and reliable data flow from source systems (ERP/MRP platforms) into our analytics and reporting environments. The ideal candidate is a hands-on technologist who thrives on solving complex data integration challenges and has a strong track record with modern ETL/ELT tools and cloud/on-prem data platforms.

Key Responsibilities

•        Design, develop, test, and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines to extract, transform, and load data from multiple source systems into target data warehouses/lakes.

•        Partner with business stakeholders, data analysts, and application owners to understand data requirements and translate them into robust technical solutions.

•        Build and optimize integrations between enterprise source systems (ERP/MRP) and downstream reporting/analytics platforms.

•        Monitor, troubleshoot, and tune existing ETL jobs for performance, reliability, and scalability.

•        Implement data quality checks, validation rules, and error-hand1ing/a1erting within pipelines.

•        Document data flows, mappings, transformation logic, and technical architecture.

•        Collaborate with data architects and BI/analytics teams to support data modeling and warehouse design (star/snowflake schemas, dimensional modeling).

•        Manage version control, deployment, and change management processes for ETL code and jobs.

•        Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior developers on the data team.

•        Participate in on-ca11/support rotation for critical data pipeline issues as needed.

Required Qualifications

•        Bachelor''s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.

•        8+ years of hands-on experience developing ETL/ELT processes in an enterprise environment.

•        Strong SQL skills, including complex query writing, performance tuning, and stored procedure development.

•        Proven experience designing and maintaining production-grade data pipelines at scale.

•        Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts, dimensional modeling, and data quality governance best practices.

•        Experience integrating data from multiple heterogeneous source systems.

•        Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.

•        Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to Have / Preferred Experience

•        Direct experience extracting or integrating data from NetSuite ERP and/or Epicor MRP as source systems.

•        Hands-on experience with Boomi for integration/orchestration.

•        Experience building and maintaining packages in SSIS (SQL Server Integration Services).

•        Experience with Fivetran for automated data replication/ELT.

•        Experience with Microsoft SQL Server, Snowflake, and/or Microsoft Fabric as target

data platforms.

•        Familiarity with cloud data platforms and modern data stack tools (e.g., dbt, Azure Data Factory, Databricks).

•        Experience with API-based integrations and working with REST/SOAP web services.

•        Exposure to BI/reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar.

•        Knowledge of Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
