GrowthLoop Implementation Consultant

We are seeking an experienced GrowthLoop Implementation Consultant/Engineer to support the implementation, configuration, integration, and deployment of the GrowthLoop platform within an enterprise environment.

The ideal candidate must have prior hands-on experience implementing GrowthLoop and should be able to work closely with business, marketing, data engineering, and technology teams to configure the platform, integrate enterprise data sources, build audiences and journeys, and activate customer data across downstream marketing channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support end-to-end GrowthLoop implementation for enterprise clients.
• Configure and integrate GrowthLoop with enterprise cloud data platforms.
• Work with data engineering teams to establish GrowthLoop source connections and datasets.
• Configure customer profiles, identity attributes, audiences, and segmentation logic.
• Design and implement GrowthLoop Audiences and Universal Journeys.
• Configure activation to downstream marketing and advertising destinations.
• Develop and validate audience segmentation and campaign activation workflows.
• Work with marketing teams to translate business requirements into GrowthLoop configurations.
• Troubleshoot data, audience, journey, and activation issues.
• Validate data quality, mappings, transformations, and customer identifiers.
• Support integrations with platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Salesforce, Braze, Meta, Google Ads, and other marketing destinations.
• Work with APIs and custom integrations where required.
• Support testing, UAT, deployment, and production rollout.
• Create technical documentation, implementation guides, and operational procedures.
• Train business and technical users on GrowthLoop capabilities.
• Collaborate with Data Engineering, Marketing Technology, Cloud, Product, and Business teams.
• Provide post-production support and optimization.

GrowthLoop''s platform is designed to query customer data directly in the organization''s data cloud rather than requiring traditional ETL/data-copy workflows, so experience with cloud data platforms and data activation is particularly valuable.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience implementing GrowthLoop for a large enterprise.
• Experience with GrowthLoop APIs and custom destinations.
• Experience with real-time personalization and customer data activation.
• Experience integrating GrowthLoop with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar ESPs.
• Experience with identity resolution/customer 360 initiatives.
• Knowledge of CDP, Martech, AdTech, and customer analytics ecosystems.
• Experience working with data engineering teams on warehouse architecture.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Education

• Bachelor''s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Data Science, Marketing Technology, or a related field preferred.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will have:

• 5+ years of overall IT/data/MarTech experience
• 2+ years of hands-on GrowthLoop experience preferred
• At least one completed GrowthLoop implementation project
• Strong experience working with enterprise customer data
• Strong SQL and data integration experience
• Ability to work directly with business and technical stakeholders
• Willingness to work 100% onsite in Dallas, TX
